The last scene in the movie when Oppenheimer says to Einstein that the chain reaction had started, it was literal goosebumps. Couldn't have been a better ending to this movie. Coming out of theatre scared me a bit that a nuclear catastrope can happen at any point of time and might wipe off human existence.

I watched Oppenheimer yesterday and the last scene in which Dr. Oppenheimer exchanges words with Albert Einstein was so good that it literally gave me goosebumps.
Oppenheimer says to Einstein “the first time i showed you the calculations of the nuclear fission we were troubled that if it would create an unstoppable chain reaction that would ignite the whole atmosphere and destroy the world
then Einstein says - “so what of it” and Oppenheimer replies - “we just did that”

Well I am not sure for which subject you are the teacher, but watch the video again, the guy legit said "Hydrogen bombardment" to a neutron bombardment for the making of plutonium. Also, the bomb mechanics was technically never discussed, the fundamental reason of nuclear decay and half life was never discussed which should have, also for the plutonium bomb he did talked about the design, but it was incomplete because critical mass is the mass that needs to be sustained yes, but the real reason for the instable instant decay of plutonium atom was again not discussed. Well it was a good video no offense to him for not being a subject expert, but you went too far with the admiration, no offense to you too, neither do I expect you to be a subject expert, but just to let you know, there's more to it, whatever he showed was merely anything.

Yes yes, with a neutron only, but we dont get free neutrons in nature technically, so we use Deuterium water(D2O), which is made from Deuterium, an isotope of Hydrogen with mass number 2, i.e. 1 proton and 1 neutron in its neucleus....(as against the general Hydrogen which has only 1 proton in its neucleus - mass number 1)....hence the collision with Deuterium and thereby with Neutrons

Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?

تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجًا وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا سِرَٰجًا وَقَمَرًا مُّنِيرًا
Blessed is He who has placed in the sky great stars and placed therein a [burning] lamp and luminous moon.
(Quran chapter 25 verse 61)
वैज्ञानिकों सूर्य और पृथ्वी अपनी निश्चित कक्षाओं में घूम रहे हैं। पहले वैज्ञानिकों का मानना था कि सूर्य घूमता नहीं है। लेकिन वैज्ञानिकों ने 80 के दशक में साबित कर दिया कि सूर्य को अपने निश्चित कक्षीय पथ में 25 दिन लगते हैं और पहले के समय में लोग सोचते थे कि पृथ्वी स्थिर है। अल्लाह ने 1400 साल पहले कुरान में कहा था,
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ وَٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ فِى فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ
And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.

मेरे भाई! हमारे पैगंबर मुहम्मद (स.अ.व.) अशिक्षित थे और अरब लोग बर्बर और विज्ञान से अविकसित थे, फिर पवित्र कुरान में इतने वैज्ञानिक छंद किसने कहे? तो एक सच्चा बुद्धिवादी इन आयतों को देखेगा और कहेगा कि पवित्र कुरान अल्लाह की ओर से है। तो भाई! कृपया सच्चे धर्म इस्लाम को स्वीकार करें क्योंकि यही सत्य है। ईसाई धर्म और यहूदी धर्म अल्लाह की ओर से हैं लेकिन ईसाई धर्म और यहूदी धर्म विकृत हैं इसलिए कृपया इस्लाम स्वीकार करें। इस्लाम और कुरान अभी तक भ्रष्ट नहीं हुए हैं.

i go through new mexico alot and it reminds me of the meteor crater that destroyed alot of life years ago gulf of mexico. new mexico is pushed up to be very high elevation, and many parts of it looks like it used to be underwater despite being over 6k elevation. also them testing nuclear bomb there also reminds me of the meteor strike because the meteor strike acted as a mechanic to destroy a large quantity of life at once.

أَوَلَمْ يَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقًا فَفَتَقْنَٰهُمَا وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلْمَآءِ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ حَىٍّ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?
(Quran chapter 21 verse 30)
वैज्ञानिकों ने साबित कर दिया है कि चंद्रमा की अपनी कोई रोशनी नहीं है लेकिन कुरान 1400 में कहा गया है कि चंद्रमा की अपनी कोई रोशनी नहीं है। अल्लाह फ़रमाता है,
تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجًا وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا سِرَٰجًا وَقَمَرًا مُّنِيرًا
Blessed is He who has placed in the sky great stars and placed therein a [burning] lamp and luminous moon.
(Quran chapter 25 verse 61)
वैज्ञानिकों सूर्य और पृथ्वी अपनी निश्चित कक्षाओं में घूम रहे हैं। पहले वैज्ञानिकों का मानना था कि सूर्य घूमता नहीं है। लेकिन वैज्ञानिकों ने 80 के दशक में साबित कर दिया कि सूर्य को अपने निश्चित कक्षीय पथ में 25 दिन लगते हैं और पहले के समय में लोग सोचते थे कि पृथ्वी स्थिर है। अल्लाह ने 1400 साल पहले कुरान में कहा था,
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ وَٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ فِى فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ
And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.
(Quran chapter 21 verse 33)

I have watched this movie and seriously each and every point mentioned by the Dhruve bhaiya was correct and detailed and matched with the movie . If you are a non-science student then you may find difficulty in understanding the film but as always this film by christopher Nolan is also best like previous ones.

A little correction: Oppenheimer was not comparing himself to Shri Krishnn here but rather to Arjun who was not willing to fight the enemies in front of him so Shri Krishna told him that it was his duty to fight because he(Krishnn) had already killed them, then he showed him his larger form and said "Now I have become death the destroyer of the worlds." 16:39
